Attack/Description:

Lelin came under attack at about 7-45 in the night when he was talking to some persons in front of the transport workers union office at East Rupsha bus stand. About 4 to 5 persons appeared on the scene and opened fire on him. The attackers also exploded bombs while fleeing the place of occurrence.

Lelin was declared dead by the attending doctors of Khulna General Hospital when brought there from East Rupsha.

Armed miscreants entered the house of Ahmed Ali Bhadu at about 11 PM and hacked him to death.

Attack/Description:

2-3 miscreants entered the house of Dr. SK Mukharjee at about 1:30 PM and stabbed him repeatedly. He died on the spot.

He went missing on Sunday. Eventually his dead body was found on September 9. The body of Rais, bearing marks of wounds was recovered from a field at Chandair.

Jubo Dal leader Mohor Ali and his men attacked Hazrat Ali (65), Pesh Imam of a local mosque, when he tried to resist them from constructing building on his land in the morning. The gang beat him with hockey sticks and iron rod leaving him dead on the spot.
