Dhaka, May 06, 2014 The Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC) on Tuesday approved the ‘Ensuring employment for the poor in Northern Region Programme’ (2nd phase) at a cost of Tk 94.88 crore to further alleviate poverty through creating employment opportunities in five districts of greater Rangpur.
