A total of 210 forms were sold in the first day.
The activities of form distribution and submission began at the party president's political office at Dhanmondi at 11am.
The forms can be collected and submitted by 6pm on January 17, a press release signed by Awami League Deputy Office Secretary Mrinal Kanti Das said.
The interview of the candidates will be held at the Prime Minister's official residence Ganobhaban from 3pm on January 19.
