President of the association Prof Dr Shaikh Abdus Salam received the cheque from the Prime Minister at her office (PMO).
Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Youth and Sports Jahid Ahsan Rassel was present.
On July 16, the Prime Minister announced a financial assistance of Taka one crore for Bangladesh Cricket Association for the Physically-Challenged when officials and players of the association called on her.
Country's physically-challenge cricket players recently won the T-20 series in India.
