A voter can by being online, know the status of his/her application, FAQs about National ID and download the relevant forms. These were decided in a meeting of the EC held on Sunday. In order to ensure security of data and information online, EC will consult with experts and hold a national workshop in this regard soon. This step has been taken to alleviate the hardship of people and to expedite the processes.
