She was speaking at the inauguration of the hajj programme-2014 at hajj camp in the city's Ashkona yesterday. Islam, she said, is the religion of peace, progress and for improving the lifestyle of human beings. Terming the hajj pilgrims the guests of Almighty Allah, she requested them to seek blessings for the country and its people while they will be performing hajj.
