According to commerce ministry officials, the top officials of the commerce ministry held a meeting with a two-member delegation from Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional to elaborately discuss about the matter. Local business conglomerate PHP group will likely to be the local partner of the joint venture of the automobile plant in the country.
