Bangladesh Awami League (AL) has called upon the youth to send greeting video messages on the occasion of its founding anniversary.
The AL will celebrate its 72nd founding anniversary on June 23 next.
On this occasion, the AL has been urging the youths of the country to send greeting video messages on their expectations to the party.
To this end, the interested people have been asked to make videos using their mobile phones and send those to the following address – [email protected] within June 20, mentioning the subject of their emails “Video Message ALBD 72nd Anniversary – Youth”.
The subjects of the video messages are: AL’s initiatives in addressing COVID-19 pandemic, the AL successes and failures in the last 12 years, youth’s expectations to the AL, evaluation of various government works and the youth’s advice to take the country forward.
Some selected video messages will be uploaded in AL’s official Facebook page and youtube channel, the release said.
The AL started its journey on 23 June in 1949. At the time of its establishment, Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was the joint general secretary of the party.
